While Cove Casagio was being built, his two children, who are part of Gen Z and Millennials, did a lot of research and provided input. According to his son, today’s young generation wants to live in a residence that is not boring, and has the freedom to choose a design according to their preferences. Therefore, Cove Casagio has two design types: “Korean Minimalist” and “Industrial-Contemporary”.

The size of the Cove Casagio rooms is also quite varied, ranging from rooms with an area of 18.5m2 to rooms with a living room of 36.8m2. This decision turned out to be in accordance with consumer preferences, until finally Cove Casagio recently built 2 new units with an area of up to 68.4m2 with two bedrooms and a living room to meet the increasing demand.
“Many requests came to us, that some of them wanted to live alone, but there were also those who wanted to live with their friends in one room. Many expatriates also wanted a room that was comfortable, quiet, and close to our gym facilities, so in the end we built additional rooms which became our 2 largest units on the second floor. roof.” George’s story.

After the building was finished, George also planned the property management process carefully, especially as someone who had just entered the industry living together. Collaborating with operators is the solution that he considers the most strategic.
